We are part of Bionano Systems Laboratory at the Microtechnology and Nanoscience center (MC2),
at Chalmers University of Technology, Götegorg, Sweden.
Title: Docent in Theoretical and Applied Biology
Position: Associate Professor
Research: Biochemistry of the living cell with special emphasis
on diffusion controlled reactions in large, medium, and small volumes. I am also
interested in understanding interplay between reactions and geometry (shape of organelles).
I also do method development based on using many-particle density function formalism,
field theoretic renormalization group method, stochastic simulation techniques.
I am also interested in understanding information processing machinery of living
cell, bacteria or viruses.
